TOURGUIDE SYSTEMS

Tour guide systems consists of a handheld microphone transmitter and any quantity of rechargeable headset receivers, used for simultaneous translation and guided tours of museums, factories and places of interest.

We can supply systems of any size for hire or sale, please call our sales department for more information.

We offer the Listen Technologies LA series and Sennheiser 'Infoport' Tourguide systems

The Listen Technologies tour guide system offers a simple and user friendly solution for tours and multi language interpretation to large groups of people. The receivers are programmable, enabling simultaneous tours and interpretation to take place. Each receiver is supplied with over the ear headphones, which do not penetrate the ear, removing the problem of hygiene associated with the 'in ear' systems.

The transmitter is a small pocket pack with a choice of hand held or head worn boom microphone.

The system case supplied also doubles as a charging station, simplifying the systems use.

The visitors are given stethoset headphones with integrated RF receiver. There is no cable – the receivers can be quickly distributed and collected again. The lightweight stethoset receiver is comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time.

The SKM 1030 is a hand-held transmitter for mobile tour-guide systems. Besides its “classic” area of application – guided tours in museums or factories – it can also be used as a transmitter in a mini interpretation system or as a microphone in a talkback system. The transmitter takes a single 9v PP3 battery which lasts for around 5 hours. Multiple channels are available for simultaneous tours or translation.

System case with chargers for 10 or 20 receivers and a compartment for the charger provides a simple way to ensure the receivers are kept fully charged.
